Ladder games take place in the Coffee Lounge on Mondays
and Thursday 12-1pm.
New players can join at anytime starting at the bottom.
You can challenge anyone (higher) at anytime.
If you win - you jump to 1 place above them, others all
move down 1 place
If you draw - you move up 1 place
If you lose - no change
If you don't play for a whole week - you go down 1 place
Maximum 2 games with each opponent per session.
